Hot Bodies in Motion On The Big Screen.

Come September, my favorite local band and friends Hot Bodies In Motion will have a song featured in a major motion picture! And I don’t say “major” lightly: the film is Abduction, and it stars Taylor Lautner, Lily Collins (daughter of Phil Collins) and Sigourney Weaver (SIGOURNEY WEAVER!). HBIM released this video a couple days ago to give their fans an inside look at what their time in the studio working with a big-whig producer was like:

I just feel so proud of them. They’re a truly excellent band that gets unnecessarily overlooked by a lot of Seattle press, so it makes me so incredibly happy for them that they’ve gotten this opportunity to garner some exposure for their music in a big way. And while I’m not a fan of Taylor Lautner at all, this movie actually looks pretty good, and I’m planning on being at the theater on opening night to cheer on the Hot Bodies and hear their music on the big screen.
